NOTE: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds after May 15th, as our catering and other conference related expenses were based on the registration numbers. Attendee FAQ
1. Is there a dress code?
Please dress comfortably! You are among family.
2. Where is parking?
Parking is available at the underground lot located directly in front of Hillman Hall located at Wrighton Way and Forsyth Blvd. Parking validations are available at the check-in desk throughout the event.
3. Are there CEUs available?
Yes! Please apply and learn more about it here.
4. How far is the airport to the conference and hotel?
It is a 20 minute drive from St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) to Hillman Hall and the Moonrise Hotel. There is no shuttle from the STL that runs directly to the Moonrise Hotel. Please use a taxi or ride-share app (uber, lyft, etc.).
5. What is there to do in St. Louis?
Please check out this guide we have created! It has options for both food and attractions to St. Louis as well as links to each.
6. Will there be recordings of the presentations?
We do not have the capacity to record presentations. However, we will be recording the zoom for the Rothman award that will be presented on Saturday.
7. Will we be able to access the presentations electronically?
We are unable to provide electronic copies of all the presentations at the conference. But, you are more than welcome to ask any presenter if they are able to provide you one.

PLEASE NOTE: As of 5/26, we recently updated the schedule to include more rooms for presentations and round tables. Please re-confirm your presentation time and check the website frequently in case of further updates.
1. Should I bring my computer?
No, you do not have to. We have copies of all presentations that can be accessed through the computers available at Hillman Hall. We also will have presentation equipment set up before you enter the room.
2. Are we able to access the internet?
Instructions on how to access the internet will be provided to everyone during the conference.
3. Are round tables "round"?
While we are uncertain of the tables available for round tables and other presentations generally, you are more than welcome to move things within the room around to fit your presentation.
